They took $19.95 out of my checking account without my permission i need that money back into my checking account

On march 10th uclipcoupons took 19.95 out of my checking account, i called them up and they said that because i sign up for a payday loan in january that i did'nt check the box for the coupouns and 3 months later they are taking it out of my checking account. I did not autorize anything let alone 19.95 for some stupid coupons being sent to me that i have t pay for i get my coupons out of the paper.
