I existed at 7420 Harding Ave., Appropriate 7. The energy was in my own title just as was my account number.in November of this past year I had been ill and not able to spend my statement. It had been directed at a group company.in January I began spending about the statement (I'm on impairment and certainly will just manage 20.00 per month) the final two inspections I delivered to the colllection company were dropped. I really do pay monthly. Recently, my buddy obtain his electrical bil under his title and consideration and also to his wonder it involved my overdue statement. The individual he talked with stated he was accountable for it. We're not committed. He didn't reside with me at Appropriate 7. But based on FPL analysis he did. So that they included my bill using the differenct account amount to his electronic bill. Under what regulation may they are doing this? I'm spending my overdue statement. They can not manage to pay for the quantity of 40.00 per month. FLP has threathen to stop his electrical. I'm dumbfounded. What regulation claims they are able to do that? No body continues to be ready to supply me with any solutions. It's my statement, not his. It's my bill number, not his. I truly wish Ms. Torres calls me quickly. The ramifications of that is incredible. What additional illegal actions may do? I hardly make it every month. This really is insane could somebody please enable me?
