Ripoff fairbanks should be shutdown dishonest billing fees late charges insurance added bad bad

We have been with Fairbanks Capital Corp. For about 3 years. This has been the worst 3 years of our life. They have lied to us about receiving our automatic payments, and have been very rude to us every time we call.

This company bought out our loan from the last company we had, and we did't find out about it until we were contacted and told to call our payroll office and change the payee on our payment.

We have had a military allotment to this company since the start of this loan and have been charged all kinds of fees, for being late, which we can't understand since our payment is direct and has never stopped, we have had insurance placed, and been threatened.

We have called and talked until we can't talk no more, no one can explain why we have late charges on something that has been paid by electronic payment for 3 years. If there are New Mexico residents that are in my shoes please email lets stop them.
