Ripoff This company has put my through tremendous mental abuse as well as destoyed my credit

Citifinancial sold my loan to Fairbanks Capital Corp. For almost 2 years I tried to deal with these people.

I would send payment, They would send my checks back and say they couldn't accept my payment at that time. Then the next thing I knew I had late fees, attorney fees, late fees on the late fees, and something called an escrow advance, (haven't a clue what that means). I tried calling... Everyday. All I could get was a machine. No one would return my calls.

Then in April my house burnt. The insurance paid off. But. Fairbanks said they didn't. Then they put what was left of my property into foreclosure. They wanted the same amount of money the insurance had already paid them.

My property went up for sale at the county courthouse. The county commisioner stopped the sale but still to this day my credit report shows a foreclosure and I can't get any response from Fairbanks as to the status. This company has put my through tremendous mental abuse as well as destoyed my credit.
