Wrong deferment forms and a runaround on a college loan

I would never get a loan from this company! I started attending college in 2005, and I received a loan from AES. I wish I had never even bothered. This was the worst experience I have ever had! They give you a complete runaround. They tell you to fill out one form for deferment, and the next thing you know it is the wrong form, so you send in another and that is the wrong one too. They have no idea what they are doing! It is a complete mess. They never help you, and the next thing you know your loan will be in collections. Do not get a loan from this company.
