Broken Promise/Lack of response

I purchased plants from Proflowers online having a promotion of $25.00 gift-card released from Restaurant.com. First the blossoms were useless within two times, minute the container was damaged on shipping and finally they never delivered the giftcard. After several efforts to get hold of both businesses I had been informed with a boss (written down) that she might do was move the issue onto Restaurant.com.

I never did obtain the gift-card and was certainly abused by both businesses. I'd never purchase from each one of those businesses again.

Steer clear type both these men if you don't need to get obtained
