Old National Bank
Ridiculous fees - More then the mafia charges for street loans

Business & Finance

My wife was overdrawn on her account by $2.43 (we still dispute this). We went in to the bank and spoke with Lisa Burke. She looked at the print out and assumed that it was our mistake. We never got an answer as to how the sccount was off by $2.

The bank charges $35 for an overdraft and $8 per day after the third day that that account is overdrawn. For someone who only gets paid every two weeks, these charges will total about $93 for a $2.43 overdraft. Lisa Burke was unwilling to provide any relief on the fees whatsoever.

This is a bank that has bought out several banks through the years. We now know how they got the money to become a monster bank. It should be noted that the interest on loan sharking is NEVER even close to 100 percent for two weeks. These charges come to about 3,827% for two weeks or about 99,507% annually. And people wonder why the country is on the verge of class war.

I urge all people to avoid this bank unless they have the money to keep a large cushen in their account. Even then, this should serve as a heads-up to check your balances carefully and look out for booby traps that could cost you dearly. It is apparent that this bank does not care one bit about the people or the community that made it rich. I also urge people to use every reasonable measure to deny them profit or cost them additional expenses. I will be making additional posts regarding legal ways in which people can accomplish this.
