DVNW.com Did NOT Provide Services Paid For, Questionable Practices, Won't Return Calls & Emails!

I paid these folks a hefty retainer, & representative Daniel Sheps stated a guarantee of help building business credit and arranging for loans to advance my business. They did not provide the services promised. I am very busy & have health issues. They failed to provide any of the promised services, and I had to call and email repeatedly. One of their "underwriters" was impersonating me to some credit institutions without advising me or asking me if she could do this. This caused some problems on my credit report in the form of a fraud alert, & negative remarks that actually brought my personal score down from well over 700! One company became suspicious that my ISP address shown (theirs) was not the same as mine. When I asked DVNW about it, I was promised they would write letters or whatever it took to have the inquiries & derogatories removed. This never happened. I was told that they would build business credit for my LLC: this never happened. I asked for a refund, & then got a communication from Mr. Sheps promising action on my file to correct the mistakes & assist me in obtaining needed funds. This never happened. An underwriter was to assist me, that didn't happen either and none of my calls or emails have been returned. Neither has my money!
