Advertisement for services provided by this company was misleading of course after you've paid for the services.in having a conversation with Daniel Sheps, CEO, he informed me that what I thought the services were to be rendered was not that in fact.

I've spoken with Daniel Sheps on three occasions to request a refund for services cancelled before starting. Refund requested as of May 28 still has not been processed. Was told a check was sent out to me, which has not been delivered and they would place a stop payment.in my e-mail and verbal conversation with Daniel I, explicitly stated to refund back to my VISA.

On each occasion, he is looking into it with Accounting department. Today is June 10, still no refund. Sounds like deceptive practices to me!
