B of A has got to be the absolute worst company to deal with... I started my refinancing with them on May 24th... It is now July 30th and I still don't know when I will close this deal! 100% terrible service, they change things without telling you, don't phone you back or email you... And this is the same company that I have now! And I have excellent credit! I absolutely hate this company and advise everyone to stay clear of them... They don't care about the individual... They will just tell you that they are too busy helping others. Do you buy into that? I sure as hell dont'!
