Forced Insurance and Missed Payment Claim Led to Foreclosure

I dont know how to warn people against this company short of do not ever ever ever finance your home with any company thats willing to give you a loan through this company. Especially if you have bad credit and a ton of equity.

I went through a divorce, me and my children stayed in the home and were ordered to be responsible for this loan. They claimed i had no insurance, bull hockey, they claimed i missed a payment, bull hockey, they forced insurance on my home i already had, no matter how much proof i sent to them of coverage and charged me almost eight hundred dollars. Then they said I missed a payment, Never did it. Sent them all the proof in the world, of course was told there would be a ninety day wait. They threw my home into foreclosure due to that payment that was made that they of course didn't receive and a cancelled check was not proof enough.

I and my children almost lost our home at fifty percent equity. The sad sad part is, i had to pay them insurance i did not owe, a payment again that was already made, plus lawyer fees and costs and by the time the lawsuit came in, guess who got the money? Not me. My stupid ex, because his name was on the loan.

Its discusting. They only want your home. Steer way clear. Dont go near anything even remotely connected to fairbanks. I was lucky and blessed enough to come up with the four thousand dollars i did not owe to save my home, most of you will not be that fortunate. I feel terrible for you all that are with them. Yes they stole alot of money from me, but i have peace of mind through refinancing. I can tell you where to go. No matter where you are. Refinance as soon as possible. Pay what they are stealing from you! Or you will not keep your home. Trust me. Ive been there. Dont waste your time argueing with them, pay them what you do dont owe, save your reciepts and deal with them later. Dont lose your home due to them. You dont owe them your home, dont give it up. Trust me. Pay what they want, keep your home, refinance, and then go get them! I can tell you where to refinance right now and get the he%#@% away from them.
