Ripoff took my money and sent nothing

USA PLATNIUM CARD took 150.00 out of my bank using my bank card promised me a card with 7,500.00. I have not recieved anything in the mail yet. I thought it was a real credit card but it's not. You have to buy from there catalog and i dont want that I WANT MY MONEY BACK. PLEASE HELP ME I have never done any thing like that before please help me stop them before they can get any more money from me. Thank you
