Unauthorized charges to my account

On or around February 7 I named and registered with this specific Secret Shoppers Organization at 1 800-775-9748 and talked with David Walls #4007. He explained I'd until March 7 to stop easily didn't wish to proceed. I named and ended aprox February 9/10 and talked to Paul at 877-414-5117 & 800-880-2754 and ended equally purchases with conf #81FB20. On Feb 12 my consideration was billed $49.95 and again on February 20 $49.95. I named them again plus they did actually reimbursement one $49.95 but stated another wasn't terminated within the period permitted. Again they stated they terminated the costs and offered me conf.#82EF2B and #82EE72. I've approached them many times to no avail. I'm a senior dwelling on social secutiry and it isnot is just a disgrace there are individuals available such as this to "Rip us Off"? That may b ou do for me personally??? That is out-right Scam...
