Canceled Membership next day and billed on bank account a month later for $22.95

I used directions and named back following day 2/17 to stop account, to ensure that I'd not be billed. I talked having a consultant (Man) who got my info and explained that my account could be ended. I had been examining my bank record on 3/27 and discovered a cost from Experian for $22.95. I named Free Credit Report.com and talked having a consultant (Violet) who explained that their documents suggested I'd named on 2/17 to stop but hung-up before phone finished, therefore the clerk didn't stop my account and so I'm billed, no reimbursement. I discussed the consultant I talked with on 2/17 had assured me procedure was total and account ended. Violet again advised me which was also bad-but I'd not be returned the costs. I requested to consult with Violetis Boss. Violet set me on-hold for around five minutes then returned online and explained my costs could be renunded within 7 to 10 business days and my account ended instantly.
