Trail period cancellation - they continued billing!

I registered to get a 2-week path account and because the item didn't fulfill my objectives I terminated the consideration nicely inside the 14 days. Unfamiliar in my experience (since it is definitely an account that I rately utilized) they extended payment the consideration for weeks! I named and described what occurred plus they stated they'd not provide me a reimbursement plus they had no report of the termination. I told them I did so possess a report of course if they examined their documents they'd observe that the support wasn't utilized during these weeks. I expected Andre

Easily might consult with his boss and he offered me an initial title -Joe - so when I requested for his last equally (equally Andreis and Joe) he flippantly stated they didn't have one.

After I asked for that title of the organization leader - he explained he didn't understand. I expected him where he was situated and he explained to appear it-up on the web.

I'd never recommend the corporation equally for the services they offer and their customer support - interval!!
