Being mistreated and Bad and Undue Treatment On Car Claim

My wife and I were involved in acollision several weeks ago. The clThe Collission claim was made to My Insurance agent promptly.
The Adjustor showed up a week later and declared that my vehicle was only damaged 5200, However, the vehicle -a 2004 Buick Ranier with 73000 miles on it was later taken to two Reputable Body Shops in My County and declared it a total loss, When i called "Dianne " at the above phone #, she said I would have to have the adjustor present while the car was being Torn down to prove any further damages which I am certain is not required when two reputable auto body shops have both declared my vehicle a total loss.
I have had insurance with this company for years, but I am sorely disapointed with the way I have been treated,
