I've been a person in excellent position for over 2yrs.in Nov. My spouse quit and that I was caught n/all of the expenses. Understanding I'd require support, I approached ILHEAP and was approved. I had been about the budget strategy and car spend just before this. Once they transformed my name back again to my maiden title, the pc ripped a classic written-off industrial balance into my residential acct. Therefore t/in a of moments my PILE cash was eliminated and that I had a stability of $1605. I named and talked to many customer support representatives. Who confirmed they CAn't mix comm & resid accts. I attempted to correct this case since Dec 09. I create my regular telephone call without any aid. Well, they ultimately dissconnected my residential acct. I named and talked with 2 various people this day, they're saying sorry this dropped on deaf ears for such a long time and guaranteed to obtain the gasoline put-back on today. They've accepted these were incorrect to show the gasoline down, since after they ripped the industrial acct balance and acknowledged my PILE cost I just owe 92. A person with similiar issue, I'd like payment for my 4-month frustration.
