Acia Berry Maxx
Sent "free trial, only pay shipping" for product that doesn't work

Miscellaneous

Advertised in many online sites. Sounded like a good idea since it was a free trial sample pay only shipping. Advertisements state that it has been seen on Oprah with Dr. Oz and on Rachael Ray's show. Makes it sound as though these celebrities endorse this product. PLEASE read the entire advertisement as in an obscure paragraph it states that by accepting the free trial product and not cancelling with 14 days, you will then be sent a monthly supply and charged to your credit card. This information is only available on the website if you go to a second or third page. You will not receive any packing slip or invoice with any shipments so that you can see how much has been charged to your credit card account or that if not cancelled, you will receive a monthly shipment for at least $80 shipping charged to your credit card. Tried calling to cancel and get $ returned but was put on hold sooooo long that I finally disconnected. Called my credit card account, told them I was charged without my consent. I will file a report with my credit card and I have cancelled my credit card so that this company cannot charge any more products. As someone once said, "If it sounds too good to be true, it may be." Buyer beware of this company. It also goes by the name of FxSupplements and maybe other names.
