Charged for trial offer sent another and charged without authorization

I wanted to try the acaia slim so ordered the free trial. I called the number on the web page and told her at that time that i didn't want any further orders. I was told no further shipments or charges and this one was for shipping only of 3.95. There have been 2 charges of 79.95 on my credit card. I want a complete refund for both of these charges because i was lied to by the rep and these unauthorized charges.
