Enhanced Recovery Corporation
Try to collect a non-existant debt

Business & Finance

I used to live in the U. S and had T-mobile phone service. I moved to the Cayman Islands in 2005. I dis-continued phone service with T-mobile. They have an early disconnect fee of $200, unless certain standards are met. I moved out of the Country and out of T-mobile service range. I had to forward copies of my work permit, drivers license and apartment rental agreement. T-mobile then forgave the early disconnect fee. 5 years later, I started getting automated calls from Advanced Recovery Corporation saying I owed $200. A person got on the phone one time and I explained this to the "trained" flunkie reading from his cue card. I asked for copies of any correspondence be sent to me. They can't send you anything, only demand money. I refuse to pay and will find my copies of correspondence with T-mobile. What is the statute of limitations?
