CEO/President Robert Dodson $200.00 termination fee even though a T-Mobile customer for 5 years

T-Mobile customer service reps refused to send me itemized copies of my bills so I closed my cell phone account. Then T-Mobile charged me an early termination fee of $200.00 even though I have been with T-Mobile as a customer for five years continuously. This is unethical and illegal.

Despite six prior oral requests with T-Mobile customer service reps and subsequently, despite my earlier request in a letter to CEO Dodson dated June 30, the company refuses to send me itemized copies of my bills. And contrary to what Customer Care Representative Andrea S. (7284129) stated in her email to me dated 7/10, the T-Mobile clerk named Jordon at T-Mobile retail store on 510 Showers, Mountain View, CA flatly refused to provide me with any detailed invoices on July 12 at 4:09 P.M. And he did not even ask to see my photo identification.
