Superior Recovery Services RIPE OFF

This company srs took money out of my account on 04/09 and they was not authorized. I spoke with this company back in Feb. And paid them $485 on 02/05 and that was all I needed to pay, then on 04/09 they took $400 out of my account they didn't call to tell me that they were going to take money and they didn't give me an authorize. SRS is working with a loan I had with Arrowhead and didn't have the money when it came round to pay because I didn't have a job and I told them that but in Feb I deceied to pay them since I was getting my income tax and all I had to pay was the 485. If someone could tell me what steps they took as far as dealing with srs. I have already contacted the bank and they are doing there part for this not to happen again what should I do.
