Frank Shapiro told me i would be served with papers and that a sherriff would show up at my home or work to serve them to me, debited funds out of my account before my pay date overdrew my account

I am reporting superior recovery services because they debited my account before my pay date, which is what we agreed on, they went ahead and debited my account before the agreed upon time, causing my account to be overdrawni only authorized them to withdraw funds on 01/08/10 and 01/22
