Complainted a fraudulant $34 Overdue account by ATT on Credit Report

I would like to be involved in a lawsuit against this company for messing up my credit. I just purchased a credit report to find out why I was denied credit and found a $34 dollar past due amount for ATT that was supposedly sent to collections.

This account never existed and I am in the process of getting this removed from my credit report PLEASE go after this fraudulent company for messing up our credit reports.
