Poor communication, Fake fess, Foreign, and rude

This company has contated me only once by telephone in all the time that I have been with them. I have tried to call them on numerous occassion and when I finally get to talk to someone, I can hardly understand them because they barely speak English!
I told them over the phone and in writing that I was stooping escrow payments and that I was going to pay my property taxes on my own. They acknowledged receipt of this letter and went on to send me notices saying that they were not going to accept the payment becasue it was not for the full amount. They also send me notices telling me that I am past due and I have confrimation notices saying that my payment has been received!
I am so disgusted with this company I could just spit.
