Ripoff. All I want to do is conduct business in a clean normal fashion and Ocwen won't even allow that to happen

On June 2 Ocwen took over service on my mortgage. Since that date they have called me (6) six times to ask me for my payment. I have a "seasoning period" of 30 days in order to get their information and a payment statement. As of the 17th of June I have not received a single piece of information from Ocwen. They continue to call and harrass me for a payment. All I ask of them is that they send me a statement with payment coupon. They say they sent it on the 6th of June. Here it is (11) eleven days later and still no statement.

So, "Thomas" never a last name or ID #, calls and wants me to make a payment today (June 17) and I tell him I still haven't received a payment statement. He wants me to make a payment over the phone, to which I say "No". Do I look stupid to you? You see I've been reading all of your rip-off letters. I want proof that I made a payment. He then tells me that if I don't make the payment all of my subsequent payments will be deliquent. And they will have to report to my credit bureau the fact that I was late with my payments. I told him I had a seasoning period and that I wanted a statement before I was going to pay anything.

I can already see the writing on the walls people. Next will come the Delinquency Notices and then the Foreclosure Notices and all I want is a statement about my account!

Here's the kicker! They already have $3600 of my Escrow moneys that are needed to pay some property taxes that I received on the 19th of May. I forwarded them via snail mai and email the documents and the letter giving them permission to pay these taxes and nobody knows anything about it! They won't even give me a phone # to the Tax Dept. At Ocwen! All I want to do is conduct business in a clean normal fashion and Ocwen won't even allow that to happen. Sounds like lawyer time to me!
