Our bill continues to be billed $9.95 for many JCPennys Benefits.
I really donot actually store at JCPennys, and so I have required the finance be delivered to my bill. I called again March 30 after I observe that $9.95 hasbeen taken from that my consideration since February. That is unexceptable. I actually donot store at JCPennys whatsoever.in the very first time that I contact concerning the $9.95 being deducted another along with a next reduction was mistakenly taken. I'd like the resources returned back again to my account ASAP.
I have no idea what type of service you all are supplying, but this isn't the best way to conduct business.
