Somehow money was deducted from my checking account

The quantity of $99.49 was taken from my bank account at the start of the month. I named my lender to ask how this occur since I have didn't register or purchase something from your own customer support online. There is a telephone number shown about the check which was posted to my lender. I named the amount and questioned how this occur and was informed by "Nancy" I'd registered for this company online. I guaranteed "Nancy" that I'd not registered on her firm's support and that I DESIRED MY MONEY REFUNDED. "Nancy" explained the cash could be returned. Following a couple weeks I called again and talked to "Barbara" a week ago. "Barbara" said there is report of my criticism and my cash could be returned quickly. Around this day the cash hasn't been returned. Our lender explained to create a backup of check that subtracted the cash out-of my consideration and create a police statement.
