Foreclosure date set despite cancelled checks proving payments were made

Fairbanks Capital Corp has set a date for foreclosure Oct 15th today is Oct. 8th 2003 saying I was behind on my payments my accountant proved I made all payments. Fairbanks would hold my checks and charge me late fees also hold them so long and say they never received them that I would go to the bank and send a cashiers check, then they would put the check through and charge me NSF. Also would say I did not have insurance and charge me triple the amount I had already paid.

At one point they forced me into Bankruptcy, then they put in a bogus amount I owed and the trustee paid it while I was still making my monthly payments. This has become a nightmare I live with on a daily basis, I also became very sick due to the stress of dealing with this mess as well as run a business and maintain a home.

One last thing, I was sent back my checks without being cashed randomly, with a letter saying we can't take your check you are in default, but they would take the next 10 checks, cash them and again randomly send one back to me. What else can I do?
