I received a preapproved credit card letter in the mail, for the amount of 10,000 and they requested 59.00 annual membership fee which was to be refunded to me after my first purchase. This is all guarenteed with in 60 days? There is no telephone number and upon looking up address on internet fraud popped up. This is annoying to know that ive had someone attempt to fraud me... Iam very happy to have internet.
