Put themselves on my credit report and will not get off. This is an account I never requested. Ripoff!

In acquiring my credit report, Ciifinancial shows an account that I never requested. When I tried to contact them they said I had to contact the person that opened the account. I did not open this account so why won't they take this off? This company gives you a hugh run around.
