I had the worst experience at Sears

I'd the toughest experience at Sears. It was in the shop Around East Mall in Mesquite, Texas. I visited the applying area to determine a in regards to a difficulty with my Television. I talked to some person, but he wasn't the supervisor. He explained he'd obtain the supervisor to contact me. A supervisor never named and so I named 2 days later. I talked towards the supervisor and he was really rude and eager. I expected him for his name and he explained "sadly I actually donot hand out my lastname, but my first name is Willis. I expected him to get a quantity to consult with somebody above him and he offered me the amount towards the equipment repair heart. I named and reported about the telephone, but no body has actually called me back. I'll never invest cash at Sears again and that I may recommend anybody I understand to complete exactly the same. I've experienced customer support the majority of my entire life and also have never noticed any organization perform themselves in this way.
