NCO Financial Systems
Ipoff company continues to harass me despite repeated requests and has fradulently informed credit report bureau that I owe money to AT&T

I have written repeatedly to NCO Financial Systems either providing me written authorization to AT&T to charge $5 a minute for my calls or to stop tortuous interference. The company has reported me as a write/off to credit bureau. My effort to call NCO Financial System and resolve this has not been successful.
