Our mortgage was also offered to Nationstar by GMAC.in December 08 I had been having difficulty producing my payment and chose to make an application for a change, wishing to obtain a lower cost. It took of a month before I eventually got the brand new software within the email. Meanwhile, they explained to not deliver anything in till I obtained anything declaring what my new test interval cost would be. And so I went 2 months without delivering them a cent, they delivered me notice of my new cost quantity and believed to spend it for a few months. And so I did, after which the a few months converted into 4. That is after I started to fear again. Once again I'd contact and contact and maintained obtaining the same tale... They're behind and that I must be patient. Therefore 14 days before when I was prepared to create the fifth test cost I obtain a phone from their website. I about dropped out-of my seat. They NEVER contact me, I'd continually be the main one calling them. And the things they explained made me really upset. I had been informed my modifiaction was refused simply because they were having an issue confirming that I really stay in the home address. WTF??!! Plus they explained they were attempting to contact me for over per month. This type of rest!!! I expected them to confirm the telephone numbers on my consideration and informed them I'd never received a phone from their website. The man was so rude and questioned me what my strategy was. I told him I'd been attempting for over annually to obtain my mortgage altered together which I had been likely to record them towards the BBB. He explained we're able to begin the entire procedure around and that I ought to be obtaining a fresh software within the email within the next couple of days.

Therefore, this is the 3rd time-around together. All I understand is the fact that when they deliver me a reimbursement again I'm going to be going for a good holiday this summer!
