This company is a fraud!

I to was scammed by this company. I was charged an unauthorized fee of $39.95, once i found it, i immediately called to cancel. A few weeks later there was a charge for $129.95. When i called to ask why they told me it was something i signed up for and didnt have my cancellation on file. I am still trying to figure out how to get my money back. My bank was no help all they did was close my old account and open a new one. If anyone has any luck getting their money bad, please let me no how to do it. Or if anyone knows how to get help from my bank, theat would also be greatly appreciated.
