Rip Off Demanding payments when they have been made, signed for, checks canc

We are bombarded with phone calls from thse people most nights after 8 pm, and Saturday and Sunday mornings before 8am. They are demanding payment. They say we are a payment pastdue - we are not. When ask to tell us which payment they want we are told example: Feb. 01 well we sent that express mail where it was signed for and have the money order where it was paid.

They need a copy of the mail recpt. And a front and back copy of the money order where it would prove it was cashed by Greenpoint Credit. Ok, this cost me 4 long distance phone calls, and $18.00 to have this money order done then I had to fax the things to them. Next thing you know they are on the phone saying we are a payment bbehind and I explianed all this to the rep and that proof had been sent I get "oh now we need the Jan. 01 payment".

I again have a money order recpt. And can go thru all the hoopla again but I can not see paying out the rear to redo this again. What is it going to be next " oh we need Nov. 01" get real.

It was also this way with insurance proof. They wanted proof of our private insurance carrier. I sent a copy of the policy twice by mail and faxed it to them also. I continued getting phone calls. I went to my Farm Bureau agents office he called spoke to a rep. And mailed and faxed acopy to them. They still want proof. I dropped private insurance and went with their insurance company its more expensive and is worse coverage. These people are NUTS! They have changed owners 3 times since we have began with them 11 years ago. The people that call cannot even speak English to where you can understand them half way when they call.
