Ripoff harrassment false statements refuse payments trying to take my home

EMC bought our mortgage a few weeks after we refinanced our home. After a couple months, our payment was increased by 200 due to an escrow account for insurance. We already had insurance. Our insurance company faxed the info three times and EMC says they didn't get it. I went to the insurance office, watched the fax, then called EMC to verify that they got the fax. After months of endless phone calls, they say there is a discrepancy with the address on the policy, so they didn't accept the proof of insurance. Who's fault is that? It's been almost a year, and we still have the escrow account. I just got off the phone with them-they don't have proof of insurance from March to October of so we owe the escrow payment. I refuse to pay the extra amount, and EMC refuses to accept my payment! The loan is in foreclosure because I won't pay the escrow, but I'm not paying for something that I don't owe. These people are nuts. It's like they want our loan to go into foreclosure, they won't take a payment. I think they want our home! No one knows anything, and everyone there says something different. I am seeking legal advice. They've already ruined my credit, so as far as I'm concerned, they can take the * house!!
