PRI Capital Corp Bank Guarantee

In January we paid $1,000, 000 to Carl N. France of PRI Capital Corp (formerly of Denver, Colorado) to arrange a $100,000, 000 guarantee from UBS which France said he would be able "to leverage" in order for him to provide funding of $45,000, 000 for our clients' projects. He subsequently presented us with a screen shot of a UBS guarantee in the name of another company. France stated that the UBS guarantee had been transferred and assigned to PRI Capital Corp and that he was in the process of "leveraging it" and we could expect an initial disbursement of funds in late January.

After weeks and months of repeated delays, excuses and non-performance by Carl N. France and PRI Capital Corp, we submitted a request for a refund which was met with assurances from Carl N. France that our funding was imminent. This nonsence continued until November when Carl France disappeared, changed his phone numbers and and cancelled his email address; likewise for his assistant, Cody Crozier. Of course, we never received our funding and our $1,000, 000 has never been refunded. We have not heard from Carl N. France since November and have not been able to contact him since.
