Rip off fraudulent charges

I ordered a credit report for $10.99. I was charged that out of my bank account. Then last week I went to put money into my bank account and found that this company charged my account and therefore made me have overdraft fees from my bank. I called and they said I had signed for the free trial which I may have done unwittingly thinking it was the report I did purchase. (30 days for $10.99)

I called the company and they said they were not responsible for the overdraft fees but would return my money they had charged to my account. I argued with them for several moments I had to ask for a manager, they then replied it would take 30 min. To an hour wait time to speak with upper mangement, I said fine, that I would like to do that! It took LESS than 1 min. For the manager to come on line! He gave me consumor complaint fax line for the company and told me to fax info to them I did!

He also said they would send a reply or call me about my complaint, he told me to give them e-mail address, I did
I got no responding answer, I did get my $79.95 back, not the services charges, AND they had the GALL to send me an ad for their company for a free credit report! I would like the fees I was charged due to this company's AWFUL business practices! An apology is intitled to each of us consumors who got jipped by this company. It needs to be closed down!
