Fairbanks Capital rip-off

I seem to be having the same problems that I have read about, Fairbanks has attempted to foreclose on me and has not been able to send or clarify the funds I have paid.

I am attempting to refinance my home, there is a balance in my escrow account of $3,289.55, when I call I am put on hold for an hr, transferred from one person to another and than they hang up on me, one person tells me it is for taxes, so we go research the taxes and they have not been paid, now they tell me it is for insurance, what insurance, I ask for verification and nope, they hang up, this is absurd, I will refinance my house and owe them the monies and have no choice if I want to get rid of them, help!!!

Class act ripoff company, unbelievable!!!
