Inc. Attempted to collect on 11 year old fraudelent account!

I had been receiving calls from Camco for about a month now. Not only have they contacted me, but have left messages on my in-laws phone!!! Totally embarassing!!! I never called back. Finally received a letter from them & they want over $5000 from an old Bank of America card that my mother fraudently opened in my name over 10 years ago! (talk about opening old wounds!!!).

I even have a letter from B of A stating that they would remove it from my credit report back in 1992. Guess they didn't.instead, Camco came knocking! Thank God for the internet!

I found out all about them & their game. Found a "scamco killer" who helped me with a cease & desist letter (thank you Scott!) & now I hope to never hear from them again.

Anyone who has any dealings with them should do the same AND should file complaints with the FTC, Attorney Generals, & BBB. They need to be stopped!!!
