Took $249.00 from checking account for a Mastercard that was never recieved, I want my money back. Have made numerous attempts to contact. Kansas City

Was called by a rep from this company and was told that I
was approved for a Mastercard. They required a one time
debit from my account for $249.00.

After quite a few weeks I recieved a packet for a travel club with a letter dated for Feb. 6, the packet was mailed in March. This letter stated that I would be recieving
my Mastercard within 25 days of the date of the letter. I
waited for 36 days and called the company, was told there
was a delay and to give them three more weeks. Again, no card.

I called back on the 23rd of June. The woman I spoke to then said the first person that I spoke with was no longer with the company. She assured me that the card would be reprocessed ant that I would recieve it by the 25th of July. Since then I have made numerous attempts to contact the company. I am always getting a recording saying that the numer can't be reached as dialed, I'm dialing the right number. I want theese people to return my money, I don't have that much money to lose.
