The Citimortgage web site enables customers to pay for mortgage repayments on line. Should you press modify my next cost it'll write two funds rather than the one you alter. It has triggered me lots of difficulties with delivered product costs due to the application problem. The client support mentioned in my experience this is just a recognized problem plus they can't repair it. They did change the deal, but intead of delivering it straight back again to my lender, they reduce a document check and delivered it via snail-mail. To top it down they actually delivered it towards the incorrect target.

The client service representative kept showing me he understands how i should experience. Our reaction was, no-you do not since should you understood how I experienced you'd place my freaking money-back were it goes and get it done today.

To top everything down they WOn't protect any delivered product costs Iincured due to the application mistake they're resonsible for.
