Bad loan servicing and misapplying monies

I'm afraid of the people. We refinanced our house within an emergency condition in 2004 with Ameriquest, WHO HAD BEEN prosecuted in Class-Action for customer scam (we discovered that out once they offered our mortgage to CitiResidential, and we obtained characters in the Texas Attorney General).

8 weeks after replacing our house of 26 years, my spouse had two heart problems, and 8 weeks next, I'd a bleed swing that left me paralyzed and handicapped in a wheelchair before I had been 50. It had been a-2-year fixed-rate, then an SUPPLY, and after Ameriquest offered our mortgage to CitiResidential, THEY offered it to these terrible folks at AHMSI.

Beginning in August, I attempted to obtain a mortgage remodification since President Obama had started the federal government plan and we were experiencing my medical issues. Each time I delivered the necessary info, they'dnot contact me back, subsequently stated an excessive amount of time had handed and we'd to begin over. I kept calling and calling. They stated, after I named again at the start of January, that people do not qualify, since our revenue percentage does not meet up with the recommendations - what? My spouse makes significantly less than $21,000/year and that I am on SSDI!!! No body has actually approached me concerning the "conventional modification" that their "modification" division stated that people "may" be eligible for.

Oh, incidentally, we've NEVER missed a mortgage cost, but because the swing, I've to pay for later within the month since that's after I get my SSDI check, centered on my birthday. They don't utilize the cost about the day that I let them know to, making the mortgage "seem" overdue

AHMSI simply tacks on increasingly more costs, will not I would like to create my funds online, kept profit suspense for no cause, and today is receiving for delivering characters out WHENEVER WE AREN'T ACTUALLY thirty days late
