Found recently our percent price continues to be jacked-up to 32% and we've been spending this price today for over annually. I approached the BBB and found they've several grievances against them. The organization client reps are clearly outsourced to India—and also have terrible customer support capabilities. Why are they permitted to do that once they aren't any longer running a business?
