Business & Finance

I was contacted by Great Western Financial in Tarzana CA to re modify my loan. They never answered their phones or emails. I was charged $2900 which was made in 2 payments and once the second payment was collected I was told my bank had accepted the loan modification and that I will be contacted in one month. When I called them their phone number and website had been pulled. I have been dealing with them since April and my last phone contact with them was in November. Their phone lines and website are still pulled. Please stay away from this company, they are scammers.
