False Advertisement

I filed my taxes with this company on January 11. I was told that they could not put my paperwork through until January 15. I paid 400.00 in fees to receive my money back in 24-48 hours. What a rip off. I called the office on January 19 and was told by the owner Rob that I had been approved on January 16th and that my money had been deposited into my account January 18 at 9:42 pm. Upon checking my account today I am not seeing my refund. I called the office and spoke to Rob again and let him know. Well this is not the same kind gentleman I spoke to when I filed my taxes, he rushed me off the phone and did not care about my concerns or even try to make sure the money went into the correct account. I have always used Tax Team and decided to try something new and I will have to admit the 100.00 cash incentive they offered really helped out, but that is how they lure you in. They are not adequately staffed and the girl that did my taxes in the first place, although very pleasant was not a seasoned tax preparer. When I went into the office yesterday to ask some questions one of their own workers told me that they don't do their taxes there. There should be some type of assistance out there for consumers, so that we are not getting screwed out of our money. I want my money back.
