I filed my taxes with this company january 28. Iwas informed the fee was 75.00. I never saw the completed copy of the taxes nor did i sign hhe forms because i would never agree to 696.00. I was given a copy of the amount i would receive 3549.000 after the money was

Deposited 3434.00. I called the office to inquire about my state taxes and asked what was the fee for taxes and the person said 635.00. I went to the office and was given the completed papers my signature was typed in. The total amount was 4131.00 so my fee was 696.00. I talked to the manager tiffany and she informed me in order to get the maximum lbs had to pay the irs 500.00. I asked for a refund minus 75.00she said she could only do 350.00
