Loan modification promised in 60 days, still pending after ten months

Chase home mortgage. They told me that a loan modification would be only 60 days to take care of it's been 10 months and still nothing has been done, I'm about to lose my house because of the paper work and the delays that have come from them. I have send money for the house payment but they are still holding out to foreclosure on the house. What can I do to speed things up. I'm tired of this run around
