Unauthorized charge

I obtained a cost of $37.19 on 01-07 on my checking card. I don't understand who that is. I had been informed the cost was to get a Savers Team. I stay alone, do not require this and might have never registered for this. I had been informed it'd be acknowledged to my consideration in 2 to 5 business days, not completed, called again; 866-798-1337 and was informed that it had been on-hold. The individual I talked with stated it'll be terminated and that I can get my money-back in 2 to 5 times. I'm not keeping my breath.
